Getting started
- Tap Stamp a PDF and choose a PDF. No PDF handy? On an empty Home screen tap Try a sample document.
- Tap Add Stamp, choose a template or one of your stamps, and drag it from the tray onto the page.
- Drag the stamp to move it. Use the corner handles to resize and the round handle at the top to rotate. Adjust lets you type exact values.
- Tap Export, then Save Stamped PDF. Choose Share PDF or Save to Device.
Common questions
Dragging a stamp scrolls the page instead of moving it
Touch the stamp itself, or one of its handles. A touch that starts on the page scrolls it. Turn on Place mode in the toolbar if you want one finger never to scroll.
Where is my exported PDF?
iPhone and iPad: tap Save to Device or Share PDF in the export screen. A copy is also kept in the Files app under On My iPhone › Stampora › Exports. Android: use Save to Device to choose a folder, or Share PDF to send it to another app. The last export also stays available from My Documents.
My PDF is password-protected
Stampora asks for the password and opens the document for viewing. Stampora never removes a document’s protection, so a protected PDF can’t be exported with stamps. On Android, opening protected PDFs requires Android 15 or later.
The stamp looks different from what I expected
Open the stamp in My Stamps and check the Ink tab. Choose Clean Office for crisp edges, or use New ink impression to get a different texture. Each stamp keeps its impression, so it looks the same every time you reopen or export it.
How do I turn a photo of my signature or stamp into a stamp?
In My Stamps tap + and choose Upload image or take photo. Pick Signature or Stamp, adjust sensitivity if needed, then tap Use as Stamp. For best results photograph the paper in even light with the mark filling most of the frame.
How do I delete my data?
Delete stamps in My Stamps, projects in My Documents, or use Settings to delete all projects and clear temporary files. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored. See the privacy policy.
Are the stamps legally binding?
Stamps are visual annotations. On their own they don’t provide legal, notarial or official certification.
